Thank you for your feedback. As we attempted to explain during our conversation, the mailing address entered when you purchased your coverage online was incorrect. As a result, the original refund check was mailed to the address provided at that time. Your mailing address has since been corrected, and a replacement refund check is on its way.

Our team made an effort to review your concerns and clarify the circumstances surrounding your refund. Unfortunately, the conversation became unproductive before we could fully address your questions.

I understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, and we're always willing to help resolve customer concerns. However, I also expect conversations with my team to remain respectful and professional.
