"Bailey became my insurance agent after my former agent retired. We talked for the first time recently when she offered to walk me through my coverage for an annual check in. It was really helpful since I tend to not pay too close attention to those things. She pointed out areas for discounts and offered up thoughts in other coverage, but she wasn’t pushy at all about upselling. She’s kind and knowledgeable and I would recommend her!"
